Mr.Michael Sifford has worked in Project Management on hundreds of construction projects alongside several construction and engineering companies and contractors all over the world. He worked for the Army Corps of Engineers Raytheon Chemical Demilitarization Project at the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Arsenal from Pre-Engineering through mid-construction. He has been in the construction management industry and marketing for over 18 years.
Mike was born in Arkansas. He has resided in Houston, Texas for over 9 years. He has a bachelors of science in Advertising/Marketing from Arkansas State University. He was President of the student American Advertising Federation and an officer in the Sigma Pi Fraternity.
Professional organizations and affiliations (past and present) include the Project Management Institute and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering. He has also been mentioned in professional engineering and construction publications over the years.
He and his wife have two children. The family is active in community activities as well as church. Mike has served as scout leader for the boy scouts and remains active with his son and daughter in their student and sporting activities. They also enjoy family trips and playing music together.
In his most recent assignment as the Project Planning Manager for major oil company in Houston, Texas, he managed over 30 construction projects simultaneously in the Project Management group. These projects stretched all over the world.
